How We Built This
It started with a friend who could not get callbacks.
A friend with 10 years of product experience was applying to 50+ jobs per month. Radio silence. He had shipped products used by millions. He had led teams. He had the skills. What he did not have was a resume that translated any of that.
We sat down together one afternoon. Looked at his resume. It was a wall of responsibilities. No numbers. No outcomes. The formatting confused ATS systems. The cover letters were generic templates with names swapped out.
Three hours later, after rewriting his resume around impact and tailoring it to specific job descriptions, he had interviews within a week. But three hours per application is insane. That is when we started building.
